I've had a few questions about the PID controller. This machine with
the PID was purchased new from Dave at Hitechespresso.com (see
website). I believe you will find that his reputation for quality
and
reliability is outstanding. If you want a new machine I would highly
recommend his business. Our machine has performed extremely well for
us. I would personally not buy a machine without the PID and I would
not buy an add-on PID kit- rather, have it professionally installed.
(To clarify, my listing above says the PID was an add-on. By this I
mean that when I ordered the machine I had the option of buying it
with or without the PID. The machine was purchased with the PID
installed professionally).
