By checking the box I certify that I am a United States citizen or a
permanent US resident. This contribution was made from my own funds
and will not be reimbursed by any other person or entity. This
contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of a
corporation, labor organization or national bank.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report
the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of
individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for
federal income tax purposes. An individual may contribute up to a
maximum of $2,500 for the primary. Couples may contribute up to $5,000
for the primary from a joint account, but such a contribution requires
both signatures. Federal multi-candidate PACs may donate up to a
maximum of $5,000 for the primary. Contributions from corporations,
labor unions, federal government contractors, national banks and
foreign nationals without permanent residency status are prohibited.
