Off-Topic ... I Recently Had Coffee and Got Problems // Side effects
of Coffee & Caffeine.


Before hospital I only had a sip of coffee once a fortnight from a
girlfriends cup.
In hospital I didn't eat or drink anything except water for two weeks.
When I got out of hospital I had salads and water and other good
foods. Apart from my stomach wounds, I felt fantastic !!!

Then a week later as my only treat,
I would have one or two large cups of coffee a day.

Coffee (Caffeine) put a ball of triedness and depression in my head.
It's a really bad feeling. (compared to pure clean healthy)

I quit all coffee and caffeine 3 days ago,
and I'm just now getting back to 'clear happy freedom'.


NO JOKE !


P.S.
And that girlfriend is alway tired and a bit depressed.
So, I told her to try to quit her three cups of coffee a day.
