While recently visiting the Denver area (Thornton and downtown), we had several
cups of coffee from Dazbog Coffee and were impressed. As a matter of fact, I'm
sitting here enjoying a large cup of drip made from finely-ground decaf Troika
Espresso beans right now. In addition to the deep flavor, it has a most unusual
brightness that I haven't tasted in a long time. Top-notch stuff.
The only negative so far is that you must ignore the recommendations on both
their bags and their Web site to use a blade grinder. I have no idea why they do
that, along with recommending precise grinding times. Shudder.
I see they have shops in Colorado Springs and other towns. Have any of you
Colorado folks tried them? Does their quality hold up at all their locations?
